From Feb’ 2016 to Nov’ 2020 working at SINTEX BAPLPRIVATE LIMITED as Quality Junior Engineer.

From Dec’ 2020 to Till now working at SPINKS SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED as Quality Engineer.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for manpower planning, arranging, coordinating with departments for daily production and achieving the production target with appropriate Quality

Gained knowledge in Quality (Injection,Paintshop,Laser & Assembly ) process

Monitoring the FTT and Yield on daily basis and update to the management with top issues in the morning meeting. Reduce WIP status.

• Monitoring and controlling the process parameters (temperature, humidity, down draft velocity, viscosity, DFT & Effective substrate temperature) of painting line through control charts..

• Analyzing internal rejection, taking counter measure for the same, reducing customer complaints by resolving concerns with Counter measures.

Co-ordination with Incoming Quality team to resolve supplier quality issues.

Assisting in launching facility plan to meet cycle time and overall buy-off facilities and equipment.

Resolving issues using FMEA & CP and maintaining ISO & QS related documents.

Conduct the internal audit as per plan and follow-up for proper closing, Reschedule for closing effectiveness.

Interacting with internal & external dept to reducing / controlling internal rejection.

Monitoring and controlling the production flow and ensure required fresh parts quality requirement all time & shifts.

Reducing the re-work trend and initiating Kaizen and resolving problems with using various methods.

Reducing rejection & scrap through recycle/repaint as per customer guide line

Preparing data’s for Weekly and monthly management review,

Monitoring and guide the Paint mixing room activity as per production requirements as per supplier recommendation,

To prepare the Inspection Standard & Work instruction

Improve the color matching process as per master & standards

Process enhancements

Analyzing the needs and production requirements and coordinating with concern department dept and short the issues,

Ensuring compliance to the production standards & continuous improvement in process capabilities during the manufacturing process.

Devising process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity and for reducing the rate of rejection.

Ensure the quality requirements, During 4M changes

Follow the Customer specific requirements.

Identifying areas of improvement and recommending modifications for maximum utilization of available system.

Implementing cost saving measures & technical troubleshooting to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw material & energy consumption.
