1)1.5 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL OVEN AND MUFFEL FURNACE PANEL WIRING IN WORKSHOP:-

A) Fitting of base plate and all switchgear equipments, safety controllers,lamps,switchs,p.b,etc..

B) Reading single line diagram of panel wiring.

C) Installing mcb chaneel,cable tray, fitting panel & all electrical instruments, one earthing point is take separate in panel,etc.

D) Make control and power wiring by using proper ferrule numbers, proper cable size & colour, proper lugs.

E) Checking all electrical parameters of oven and furnace like : equivalent resistnace,voltage,current,temperature,motor no load current and load current,checking leakage current,etc

F) Make setting in temperature controller and safety controller.

G) Maintance of all electrical oven and furnace and repair them.

H) Making all new and old oven, furnace report file.

I) Extra work- drilling,finishing,cutting,tapping,installinstion,etc
