Worked as a server and bartender in a large private club’s various venues each with separate menus including the casual lunch and dinner restaurant, the fine dining room, the quick service lunch and smoothie restaurant, private events and weddings, and the coffee shop, as well as in The Booth a bowling alley and bar space where I also acted as supervisor and performed minor bowling machine maintenance. Hired for bulk catering prep and salad prep to order for lunch service. When the Capitol Cafe converted to Graze in July 2016 my duties expanded to a wide variety of prep cooking while also cooking breakfast to order and servicing guests in a fast-casual environment.

During my time at the Westin I performed a wide range of duties in Front and Back of House. My work in the Courier position involved plating and delivering room service orders; managing inventory for these orders; handling luggage and amenities for individual guests as well as musical acts, sports teams, government officials, and other large organizations; additionally running errands for these guests when needed. As a server I took care of dozens of guests daily in restaurant, bar, and patio settings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I often trained new hires for both positions. In Fall 2012 I helped to proofread and copyedit a new restaurant menu under then Executive Chef Wil Novak and then Food and Beverage Manager Rick Cadena.
