From November 2020, with Yamuna International Airport Private ltd, 100% subsidiary of ZURICH airport, as Lead – MEP, In Design & Planning of MEP installations of upcoming new Greenfield airport project - NOIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Noida international airport is the first MULTI airport project concept implemented in INDIA, as second airport to DELHI / NCR, with lot of initiatives towards SUSTAINABILITY & DIGITIZATION. Involved in Design & Planning of Terminal design, Utility Bldgs. & Site wide infrastructure.

From September 2017 –July 2020 with Oman Airports Management Company SAOC, Muscat, Oman as Head - MEP Projects

New Forecourt car park management system of SLL Airport

Implementation of SOLAR project in SLL Airport

Design & Execution of a new External GLASS Elevator for the JETEX lounge facility

The feasibility study project for the implementation of SOLAR power plants in all the commercial airports of OMAN.

As part of the ORAT team, actively executed the O&M contract for NEW DUQM International airport.

Extension of Terminal building @ Arrival & Departures of old MCT Airport

Construction of Multi-Storey car park

Installation of Additional Baggage claim carousel for International Arrivals

Up gradation of existing Fire alarm system for the terminal building & other ancillary buildings.

Pre-check Boarding E-gates for Departures gates of old MCT airport.

From January 2013-January 2014 with Hamad International Airport, Qatar representing Qatar Diar – Saudi Bin Laden Group (QD-SBG), as Senior Project Engineer - Mechanical(ORAT)

ORAT – O&M Contractor for Central Utility Plants (CUP's)-1, 2, 3 & 4 - (Project Value: QAR 180 Million):

Role:

Represented Hamad International Airport, as Resident Engineer, to lead the team for the Testing, Commissioning, handover-take over process, from the construction contractor. To review & accept the final handover documents including O&M documents, Warranty/guarantee certificates etc.. for all the MEP systems associated with the central utility plants(CUP's)

Procurement of spares & finalization of O&M sub-contractors for all the systems within the CUP's

Development of Work permit system for various centralized Utilities like Electricity, Water & Chilled water distribution system & Deploy the manpower in all the CUP's for 24 X 7 round the clock shift Operation & Maintenance

Development of Aerodrome O&M manual for all systems within CUP's including SOP's, EOP's, Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown maintenance checklist.

Data collection & Development of Automated Maximo maintenance system (CMMS).

Weekly Reporting to Client on performance of Central utility plants.

From August 2007-January 2013 with GVK Airports (Bangalore International Airport Limited-BIAL), as Dy. Manager – Projects

BIAL - Terminal-1 Expansion (T1E- Project Value: INR 10000 Million)

Role:

Was part of the Airport Planning Team to design & implement all MEP systems required for the upcoming T1 Expansion in line with the international airport standards

Designed & executed the MEP requirements of new TIER-2 data center for the T1E project

Liaised with the technical / Architectural Consultant to develop an energy efficient MEP system from concept to Detailed Design development

Carried out the review of designs & technical specifications of all MEP equipments to match Airport requirements including cost analysis, LEED requirements, etc.

Complete Project management of MEP systems including approval of construction drawing, material review & approval, Factory inspections, Site inspections, MEP Progress review meetings, Testing & Commissioning.

Co-ordination with EPC - Contractor for testing, Commissioning & Final handover process of Airport MEP equipments to Daily Operations & Maintenance team.

Feb’2006-Mar’2007 with Voltas Limited – (IOBG), Doha, Qatar as Project Engineer –Mechanical

Samsung Mobile manufacturing facility (Project Value: US $15 Million)

Erection & commissioning of Utilities / Process Infrastructures required for the industrial project - with CLEANROOM for manufacturing of semi-conductor devices(GSM Mobiles).

Oct’2001-Oct’2005 with Moser Baer India Limited, Phase-II, NOIDA, UP as Utility Engineer - Mechanical

Compact Disc manufacturing facility

Role:

Meticulously contributed in project execution of the Utilities / Process Infrastructures required for the industrial project - with CLEANROOM for manufacturing of Optical Storage Media devices (CDR,CDRW etc).
