Job Description: QAQC Mechanical Engineer & MEP Co-ordinator.

The QAQC inspector is responsible for inspecting critical construction processes or activities to ensure conformance to requirements against specifications as per project plan.

To work on site monitoring quality and completing inspections

To review all materials received on the site, inspecting them, ensuring they are of the highest quality

To check works against approved drawings

To report non compliances to the management team ensuring they are closed out and reported

To support the engineer in performing specialist QAQC techniques on MEP/Civil/Architectural installations and processes

To log all inspections and findings, preparing a daily report for the site QAQC manager

Job Description: QAQC Mechanical Engineer (Material)

The above mentioned responsibilities I was responsible materials QAQC for mechanical.

Which materials we are received, checking the required documents.

Review the document to delivery report, packing list, test report, warranty certificate, country of origin.

Responsible for preparing and submit the materials inspection

To support the engineer in performing specialist QAQC techniques on MEP/Civil/Architectural installations and processes.

Reviewing technical submittals of the materials and submitting the same for consultant/client approval as per the agreed program.

Coordinating with the consultant/client and suppliers for technical issues.

Preparation of Testing method statement / logs and submitting the same for management review.

Verification and confirming the compliance of internal quality audits procedure

Coordinating with local Authorities Approval

Testing and Commissioning of HVAC systems as Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, DX Units, VAVs, Under Floor Cooling etc.

Testing and Commissioning of Gas Suppression systems as FM200, Pre-Action system, Foam system, Zone Control Values, Fire Hydrants etc.

Testing and Commissioning of Exhaust Fans, Car Park Ventilation Fans, and Transfer Fans etc.

Testing and Commissioning of Pressurization Units, Pumps (Primary, Secondary, Condenser, Booster, sewage pumps)

Testing and Commissioning of Fire Dampers, Motorized Smoke Fire Dampers etc.

Testing and Commissioning of Water Heaters, Sanitary Fixtures, Filtration systems (Sand separators, Chemical dosing etc.)
