I’m in charge of keeping the chillers and boilers running as well as preforming maintenance on the machines and replaced blower motors and compressors for ice machines. Changing out belts for Air Handler units in the hotel. Checking the pool pump and preform daily maintenance of the pumps and filters for the pool and keeping the ph balance for the pool. Changed out pipes for proper draining and waste. Repairing damaged drywall or replacing wallpaper.

I welded steel, aluminum and changed out trailer doors and replaced brakes and drums. Checked air systems and ABS systems and ran diagnostics on the ABS systems as well. Replaced air lines. Checked wiring harnesses and installed the housing kits for the wiring harness. Ordered parts, removed axles, installed air bags and ran safety test on brakes and air system. Welded hangers for the axles to sit on and changed out bearings and packed them with grease. Had to do custom fabrication work to make the job work, removed bad roofs from trailers and put in new ones as well as repairing the nose rail so the roof would sit properly on top of the trailer. Hung up sheets of plywood inside of trailer and install new steel post for the plywood to be fastened too, put in new pieces of panel for the outside of the trailer, as well as new cross members to support the trailer.
