Planning & Coordination

Preparing baseline program as per contractual milestones. Preparing weekly and monthly progress report as per updated baseline plan. Preparing progress monitoring sheet & look ahead schedule to ensure progress of activities according to plan. Coordinate with project manager & site team to address the risk related to procurement & construction activities.

Coordinate with technical team for submission & approval of drawings as per project baseline plan. Coordinate with vendors & suppliers to ensure procurement & delivery of materials in time. Responding to correspondence from client & consultant within contractual liabilities to safeguard rights against any claim.

Ensure there is continuous cash flow from project to be in line with budgeted cost without any variance. Ensuring proper coordination with all stakeholders to achieve project milestones timely. Coordinating with civil works to ensure any deviation as per baseline program. Preparing a contingency plan to ensure project deliverables are not affected. Maintaining risk register based on critical activities and monitoring them as per baseline schedule. PROJECTS

Al Wajbah palace project - Doha January 2019- present Construction of sheikh palace, horse stable & gym building. Project duration - 2 years.

Project cost - 500 million QAR (approx).

Affordable housing project - Doha April 2018 - Jan 2019 Construction of 3170 Villas, retail outlet, Mosque, Police station & Hyper mart. Project Duration- 20 months.

Project Cost - 1500 Million QAR (Approx).

Consultant - AEB International, Client- Barwa.

Crescent bay project - Parel, Mumbai April 2017 - July 2017 Construction of high rise building project.

Client - L&T Realty.

Pellet plant project - Karnataka Feb 2014 - Feb 2015 Construction of 1.89 MTPA pellet plant.
