• Process setting and control of Injection Moulding machines.

• Planning of machine, auxiliary, manpower and raw material of production workshops.

• Preparing SOP, Work instruction and other related documents of new product.

• Basic Tool preventive maintenance.

• Daily update the Parato chart and PPM Report superior.

• POKA YOKA Method followed.

• Analysis of daily line and off line rejection and taking the steps to control in process.

• Usage of recycle material as per set standard.

• Monitoring the 3C & 5S
