My Task is to prepare an E-declaration documents and clear the Tax related issues facing in Sales tax department for vendors and clients ( Supply chain Operation - Logistics).

As a Process Analyst and Back office Associate - Bus Operation level 2(Supply Chain Management) in H.P. (Hewlett Packard) from July 2013 to July 2014

Role and responsibility.

1.Prepare the Quote and Contract for Existing and current Customers.

2.Analyze and Extracts the customers data in SAP.

3.Regular Follow-up and on track Records by mail handling with FE.

4.Handle the calls with FE’s for performance review.

5.During peek hours support has been given for multiple processes.

At Present successfully reinstate the grade as Senior Claims Adjudicator in Dell BPS.

Role and responsibility.

1.Technical Support – Chat Support Process in Client Desktop for Adjudication process - Payer (HPHC).

2.Decision Maker for the payment, whether the claims send by the provider with valid proof.

3.Raise the compliant to resubmit the claim which identified as spam or fraudulent.

4.Supports the provider who provides the treatment for the subscriber only for the accident related claim not injury or disorder any more.

5.Analyze and Extracts the customers data in Oracle Health Information.

6.Analyze the HCFAA and Diagnosis Codes for the appropriate claims whether the member undergoes exact treatment or not;

7.Regular Follow-up and on track Records by mail handling with

Onshore Team.

8. During peak hours support has been given for multiple processes.
