Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation of the company's IT infrastructure services while simultaneously leading the team responsible for the provision of services and their continuous improvement. Two years experiences in services lifecycle management along with practices (Process) such as service catalogue, information security, capacity, SLA, suppliers, change, problem, and financial managements. Five years of experience in the deployment and administration of infrastructures components as (Hybrid &Full cloud Data Centres, Virtualization, Servers, Storage, Network). many technologies as (Office365, GMAIL, Fortinet, Stonesoft, VMware Hyper-V, CISCO, NETAPP, DELLEMC …) while supporting more than 2000 users. as well as an experience as a Chief information security, pilot of the implementation of a security management system (ISMS) project and responsible for the development and implementation of the cybersecurity roadmap.
