OVERVIEW
A Mid-Experienced professional in the field of construction Plant & Machinery maintenance. In a career span of 11+ years, I have worked for various projects ranging from Metro, Building, Highway’s construction & Tunnel works. My scope of works contained Scheduling Preventive/Planned maintenance, Break down maintenance, Erection &assembling of construction Plants & machinery to name a few.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING in MECHANICAL from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad- 2009
Roles & Responsibilities at various construction sites:
• Supervision & monitoring of the execution of Routine/ day to day maintenance activities i.e preventive maintenance,Planned shutdown maintenance,breakdown maintenance etc. of construction equipment & plants.
• Knowledge & Experience in maintenance and operation of Stone crusher,Batching plant(Ready Mix Concrete Plant),Chiller & Ice plant,Hot Mix Plant,Gantry Crane,EOT Cranes & other construction plants & equipments like Loader,Back-Hoe,Excavator,Diesel Generators,Dumpers etc.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic System drawings,maintenance & Repairs.
• Doing Factory acceptance test & Reviewing documents from the vendors for the related equipments.
• Performing 3rd party tests for OHC rail welding & getting reports.
• Handiling of Shift maintenance activities independentliy,daily maintenance jobs entry in logbook & reporting to HOD.

• Preparation of Safe Work method statements, Risk assessment, Lifting Plans, Standard Operating Procedures for heavy liftings.

• Educating about safety to site staff regarding PPE and work permits(Hot Work,Confined Space,Lifting) for safe work at the site to maintain ZERO man hour loss.
