Work History:

Parts sales manager

Auto Zone Inc. April 2011 to present

Providing our customers with the finest quality of service by delivering our parts with exceptional ease

and promptness. As an Auto Zone associate it is our pledge to always put our customers first, know our parts and products and sell the best parts at the right price. Product placement is a crucial design element that is a vital for selling our products and ensuring customer retention via visual engagement. One of my specific duties is to arrange these elements in aesthetically pleasing locations to draw attention to certain products. I am also responsible for managing a team that astutely configures the overall presentation of our store to make certain that it remains acceptable to patrons.

Parts counterman

Orr Nissan Motors. March 2010 - March 2011

While working for Orr Nissan I rapidly ascended the ranks of the company starting as a porter, promoted quickly to detailer. Then from detailer to delivery driver, and shortly afterwards I became a parts counterman. But, while my tenure at Orr Nissan was short lived I took time to study the complexities of form and function by annotating the design queues of both exterior and interior styling and parametric design. My studies also included observation of user experience with the interface of the vehicle and modular presentation.

Assistant manager

Seniors Club ADHC. September 2008 - July 2013

Seniors Club ADHC is a family owned and operated business. We take care of the elderly and disabled for a portion of the day while the client’s caregiver is at work. Seniors Clubs’ goal to put our clients at ease knowing that their loved one is looked after with premium quality and consideration comes first.

As assistant manager it is my duty to ensure that all notes and projects are delivered on time. It is also my duty to take a role as creative director to design new brochures, business cards, and letter heads and such to institute a fresh look for new clients and cement a firm image in a business where image, perception and quality is everything.
