Executive Director and governance experience, I was thrilled to learn about the Executive Director -

Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organization opening. I was

Two years after accepting my current roles as Executive Director - the very first ED of this 42 year old

organization called me to thank me for finally 'putting this organization on the map.' Six years after

moving to Rocky Mountain House, I was successfully elected to municipal council. I was elected

Charter President of the West Country Kinettes in 2016. Leadership and representation are simply part

of who I am.

I thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, striving for positive results by applying my critical

thinking and creative problem solving abilities. Further, I possess expertise in developing skills and

confidence in others and acumen for maximizing performance and inspiring colleagues. I am able to

visualize success and identify unconventional yet highly effective strategies for achieving it.
