ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing Rigging and slinging Activities such us; Loading/ Unloading of construction materials.

Prepare monthly inventory in inspection of all rigging accessories requirements as per safety precautionary measured.

Erection of vessels weighed 80.7 ton using 750-ton mobile crane.

Segregation of structural steel as per the drawing ...such as columns, beam, trusses and bracings in organized at one area as per location at the drawings.

Guides Crane Operator Through Hand Signaling for Fast and Safety Operations.

Conduct safety orientation before work start to ensure safe working condition of each in every member.

Erection and Assist installation of Steel structure, Radiant module, Convection panel, Smoke Stock, Reactor Effluent Air Cooler, LCN Splitter Air Condenser, Cold Clay Treater, Amine Absorber (Vessel), LCN Spitteler (Vessel), Reactor, Water Consul, Steam Drum, Skid Motor, Pipe spool, Fittings, Valves, Pipe supports and other Materials/ Construction equipment.

Assist in all erection of spool pipes, equipment (static and rotating)

Attends regular tool box meeting for safety, Quality and Productivity improvement.
