Here my job was as a Field maintenance Engineer to check the swapping problems and other issues like optimisation of the site BER, FER, CQI, RSRP,RSRQ,RSCP,EC/NO, Rx Level And Rx Quality and troubleshooting problems of the site.

Projects:

Design of Wideband Antenna for Electromagnetic Field Mapping in High Power Laser Experiments.

In this project, work was done on the design of a Coplanar based wideband antenna. Coplanar technology provides wide bandwidth and also fabrication of the antenna on coplanar technology becomes easy on PCB. Simulation and analysis performance of antenna has been done on field solver software of finite element method by High frequency structure simulator (HFSS). In this work a new coplanar based wideband printed circuit antenna is introduced. The frequency of operation of antenna is 1GHz to 3.5GHz with VSWR<2dB for the whole band of 2.5GHz. In the vertical polarization Omni-directional radiation pattern is observed at two frequencies of 1.6GHz and 3GHz. Application of the designed wideband antenna is for estimation and mapping of the electromagnetic field in high power laser experiments. A suitable wideband antenna has been designed by HFSS and also the designed antenna structure been simulated. Based on the simulated results the CPW based wideband antenna has been constructed and the characterization of antenna has been done by S5048 VNA.
