I worked on payment protection insurance project

Analyzing and making decision with Speed and accuracy to consistently provide a high level customer service

With the help of loan leger and calculation application,paying out the payment protection insurance amount with 8% interest to the customer.

Responsibility

Processing Know Your Customer (KYC) for the customer details as well as Business

banking solving migration Accounts into a single customer identification number.

Update customer details through the process identification of customer as well as Identification And Verification (ID&V) of customer details through internal evidence.

Routinely monitoring the customer details and risk assessment.

Review customer details and correct address and name mismatch in the internal system.
