To: Recruiting Manager,
There are a few things I want to address with you.
The reason for the gap in my resume is that I had to have major ankle surgery at UAMS in Little Rock at the end of July 2020 to repair 5 torn tendons in my right ankle. The recovery period was approximately a year. After completely recovered, I then moved mid-August and have been getting settled in and getting my office set up and ready to go to work from home. I have made a full recovery and am beyond ready to start working.
Second, when you run a credit report you will find that I am now categorized as poor. This is due to once I was no longer able to draw unemployment I had to start using my credit cards to live on. I worked diligently for 3 years to improve my score after my ex-husband left with all the bills in my name. Once I am able to go back to work and get them paid off that will help significantly, I had almost $10,000 in Student Loans 100% forgiven and I am currently disputing some other items on my credit report. Once all that is taken care of I should be rated higher than I was when I started having to use my cards to live off of.
Third and lastly, I feel that I need to explain a charge that you will find on my background check. You will find a theft charge that my attorney and I are currently fighting. I have seen the tapes and yes, the girl could be my twin. We are getting depositions from the people I was with when this supposedly occurred. I have already had my case continued twice, due to the recent outbreak of the new Covid virus and am scheduled next for the beginning of November. I will gladly, if given the opportunity of employment, keep you posted on the proceedings.
Thank you for your interest in me and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if given the opportunity.
Regards,
Linda Kelley
