Liaison with, clients, architects & consultants on determining technical specifications, approvals for smooth execution & obtaining on-time clearances

Familiar with waterproofing of buildings using latest chemicals.

Quality Assurance

Execution of work instructions, material testing procedures and material testing plan.

Inspecting and ensuring that all construction activities are executed as per the specification.

Ensure that materials received are tested as per the plan and conform to the specified requirements.

Inspecting and ensuring the construction works are executed in accordance with the specification.

Verify and authorizing all Q.C checklists, test reports and test certificates.

Conduct of Q.C circle meetings.

To co-ordinate with the project heads and consultants to resolve quality issues.

To assess the Q.C, manpower and equipment required depending on the nature of a project.

Since 19th Nov2012 to 31 July 2020 working with M/s Prestige Group as an DY. General Manager and in charge of 83Villas,( Summerfields) Software project, (Trinity Centre) and residential apartments ( Silver Sun)& finishing and handing over works of Prestige Kew gardens at Prestige group, Bangalore.

Since oct 2010 to Nov2012 associated with M/S Sterling Developers, Bangalore as Sr. Project Manager involved in construction of 240 villas (Villa Grande project)at Kadugodi, Whitefield,Bangalore.

Since Jan 2002 to Oct 2010 Adarsh Developers an ISO-9001&14001 company as

Dy. Project Manager.
