Ability to enforce rules and keep order inside the facility in accordance with the rules and regulations. Maintains security by settling disputes between inmates, preventing disturbances, assaults, and escapes. Enforce regulations through effective communication and the use of progressive sanctions. Maintaining. Keeping a keen eye out when searching for contraband items. Thoroughly inspect facilities to ensure they meet standards. Thoroughly report on inmate conduct. Ability to write reports and filling out daily logs detailing inmate behavior and anything else of note that occurs during my shift.
