1. WORK

1.1. CHEVRON OIL COMPANY (Democratic Republic of Congo from 1991 to 2011 )

A) As oil and gas platform production operator Responsibilities:

- Control the pressure in the low pressure manifold (Reading the pressure in the manometer), the oil level in all low pressure separators, Desalters and surge tank.

- Adjusted all chemicals injection pumps following the injection rates into different units.

-Take oil samples to the low pressure manifold and different units to send to the laboratory to be checked.

B) As the oil and gas platform lead production operator:

- Responsible number one of the oil and gas production.

-Have a good knowledge of all production operations, from the oil and gas production Wells to the storages oil tanks.

- To adjust all chemicals pump injection rate .

-To adjust all gas pressure into all units and report all gauges and charts informations to the assistant supervisor .

-To do the reading meter and communicate to the assistant production platform for evaluation.

- To launch the oil Pig form the production wells to the low pressure manifold or from one platform to another one. (to clean the sea and flow line)

C) As a platform assistant production supervisor:

-You are the responsible of all production oil and gas platform

-Coordinated all production and safety activities.

- Conduct fire drill, inspect all safety equipment.

-Check all parts of the production wells with the wireline team.

-Check all safety valves, checks all valves on the flow lines.

- Read the tubing and casing pressure.

-Responsible of all meters calibration.

- In the drilling Rig you are chevron representative and work together with the tool pusher. To have a eye on the Rig equipment and station (pump room, Rig Flore)

-You are the safety responsible (organize the safety, fire drill)
