ACCESS BANK/DIAMOND HEADQUARTERS PGD’S PLACE AND ITS SUBURBS, LEKKI ONIRU, LAGOS.

Responsibilities:

Performing the security operations in all the locations under my supervision

Participation in preparation of policy and strategy to achieve client’s expectation and surpass her customers’ demands from the operatives.

Conduct training and coaching for the operatives

Attend meetings with other Regional managers and the contract manager to determine operational needs.

Create reports for the contract manager on security status.

Investigate and resolve issues.

Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

Laisse with law enforcement agencies on security issues.

Accomplishments:

As the head of HSSE i.e. Health safety security and environment in this region I worked closely with heath officers and law enforcement agencies in my area to make all our buildings a conducive environment for staff and customers to operate.

Identification and resolution of conflicts among old diamond bank staff and old access bank staff due to different in security policies and SOPs.

Proposed adjustment and recommend major security policies to clients.

Reduced the threat and risk to the property, life and information of my client by putting measures in place to safeguard all this mentioned.

Reduced the cost incurred on ghost workers in the system.

Work with the armed men to safe guard the movement of cash in and out of the bank central vault.

Identification of 11 ghost workers in the locations.

Implementation of weekly parade to train and coach all guards.

Introduction of electronic machine for staff attendance during covid19 period.

Implementation and supervision of measures put in place during covid19 skeletal work.

Manage 45 Guards and 11 mobile police officer, also prepare overtime for all the operatives.

POSITION. HSSE SUPERVISOR

ACCESS BANK LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY BRANCH

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the health safety security and environment of the branch.

Monitor the CCTV in the branch and review all incidences

Worked closely with the school health management team so as to avoid casualties.

Work with the branch manager to develop safety plans for the building.

Lead periodic safety drills for employees and the guards.

Liaise with the local law enforcement personnel.

To supervise the armed men attached to the building.

Train the operatives and conduct parade twice in a week.

Accomplishments:

Maintained good relationship with students and the management staff of the school.

Managed all the differences between the school and the bank.

Member of the school and tenants master planning committee.

Work closely with banker’s warehouse staff in movement of cash in and out of the building.

Made the environment conducive and safe for business operations.

As a newly built branch, I was able to implement all security and safety policies in building.

With the support of everybody I did not record any incident of theft or damage to the bank property.

Trained all the operatives and school marshals in the bank Arena on access control.

Responsible for the management of security and safety operations in the building.

Accomplishments:

Being a new branch and the unconducive environment, implementation of security policies was difficult but success was achieved at long run.

Managed fired outbreak that occurred on the 15/01/2018 in the building.

Put measures in place to stop pilferage by the IT staff

Introduction of flow switch to stop shortage of diesel and this action safe the branch over 2000ltrs of diesel monthly

Keep records of all servers moved to all branches and escorting of servers to airport
