Project name: SKYi STAR TOWN, Bhugaon, near Manas Lake, Pune

Project Brief- Star town is a residential project having 4 towers -G+13 (2BHK), 4 towers - G+12 (3BHK) and 1 tower - G+9 (1BHK) along with amenities like commercial centers, clubhouse, WTP, etc. being constructed using the technique of Aluform shuttering.

Projects Assigned : Tower 3, Tower 4 and Tower 5

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execution of RCC work according to Architectural & R.C.C. design standards and specifications of work using both Aluform and Conventional shuttering method

Execution of finishing activities according to approved quality standards

Maintenance of HSE standard on site

Estimation & Reconciliation of materials and keeping control on wastage of materials

To assist Senior Engineer in certification of bills by preparing measurement sheets, work done certificates and debit notes

To update material availability as per work progress and making material requisition in ERP system

Maintaining DPR, MPR, Weekly Planning Schedules, Hindrance Reports and preparing work front for on-board agencies

Maintenance of site visit reports and other documentation. Estimating & Reconciliation of materials for the same
