Position: Production Engineer

RESPONSIBLITIES:

**Design and develop new systems, process and equipment to ensure manufacturing is efficient and effective.

**Verify material test certificate and ensure the material unique identity is transferred onto the material prior to cut.

**Monitoring In-process activities at different stages as per required

**Performing In-process Incoming material Inspection and verifying vendor’s material certificates in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant international standards.

**Check the Material Test Certificates for Raw Materials like Plate, Fitting & Welding consumables and co-ordinate with Quality department to start production.

**Checking of plate material and edge preparation as per approved QAP and Drawing.

**Participate in Interpretation of Dye Penetrate Test, Magnetic particle test and Ultrasonic tests.

**Conduct and ensures Sand Blasting and Coating process.

**Maintain quality rating of the outgoing product.
