RESPONSIBILITIES (IN – PROCESS QUALITY)

Maintaining the 5S & 3C Activities in shop floor.

Basic knowledge of automotive quality systems (Proto type,Tooled up parts, PPAP, Process Capability)

Inspection the production parts as per the drawing.

Handling of instruments like micrometer, vernier caliper, height gauge,profile projector…etc.

First off and last off report as per daily basis.

Responsible for Rework and Rejection of parts.

Analyzing the Rework and Rejection of parts by 8D method.

Analyzing the customer complaint.

Responsible for Monthly Rework, Rejection PPM.

Updating Monthly Kaizen improvement.

Preparing Work Instructions as per control plan.

Approving the products based on Quality at all stages.

Awareness of ISO, ISO/TS audit.

Inspect the child parts with specific Gauges like measurable and Attribute, and also with measuring instruments .

Understand The Sectional Drawing Then Compare with Production Parts.

PPAP Established Confidence In Supplier Their own Production Process.

Knowledge Of Testing like Hardness, Roughness, Air gauge, BDV testing, UTM, Profile Projector, MicroHite etc.

Reading knowledge of Engineering parts drawings.

To maintain Quality levels as per the Customers needs.

To avoid abnormalities In Process

To reduce defect parts on production and Before Moving To FG
