Undertaking detailed inspection, Endurance test, Environmental test, Emission test, Reliability test, and measurement tests.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DESIGN VALIDATION & PROCESS VALIDATION

Conducted Design & Product Validation for CR –1600 bar Application :

Design phase conducting tests (B- sample): Halt test – Pressure, Temperature, Speed & Pressure fatigue test : ISO12107 (Locati & Stair case)

Process phase conducting tests (C- sample): long term tests (2500 h)- High way trials & city cycle, Kerosene test,700HFRR,Technic clean,Water contamination test,Dust contamination test Environment test : Salt spray ISO 9227,Thermal shock & cycle with humidity,Vibration Sine & Random, Pressure fatigue test: Probit method, Dilution test & suction test.

LOCALIZATION & VAVE PHASE:

Localized and Improved parts of CR : Roller, Cam shaft,Housing,Inlet valve, Outlet valve parts, Circlip, Plunger Spring, Acid pickling & Hard stage ECM.

SCIENTIFIC TOOLS EXPOSURE:

D.O.E – Design of experiment (Orthogonal array & ANNOVA) used in New project and Dilution issues.

Life data analysis by Weibull distribution used in localization phase Guide by Mr. Professor Washio.
