I feel if I love my job then I should be the best that I can be for my employer. In todays market the competition is high there for we must stand out AND maintain our knowledge and make new goals. At boeing I educated myself 3 hours after work for months and later taught myself how to use a laser tracking system using SA software. What usually takes 2 years for the average employee only took me a few months and later teaching my knowledge to new employees a more simple format of tracking. This saved Boeing thousands of dollars just on me alone.
I beat every record for line moves in 777 and 747 with 50% less employees. Sounds crazy but it's TRUE. I love belonging and love the feeling of being needed as a part of a team that I soon call family.
A successful
choice
Truly it is difficult hiring new employees. But I assure you that I've been successful in every company and well liked by all staff. I love to have fun and keep smiles on faces during maybe a rush time to teach that even the worse job you have ever had or have truly is not the worse job you could have. Also safety is a huge play in my hours of work. I want to go home looking the same way that I came in to work period.
