PROJECT DETAILS

TITLE: POLLUTION MONITORING SYSTEM USING IOT IN AUTOMOBILE

• Pollution of air, dust, temperature and sound is increasing in present days.

• To overcome this issue, we are introducing a system to monitor the pollution as pollution monitoring system using IOT in automobile.

• In past days pollution monitoring kits are more costly, not user friendly, larger in size, more power consumption to rectify the issues we developed our project to monitor all major kind of pollution using IOT.

• Our pollution monitoring device is suitable for all type of motor vehicles and it measures air, dust, temperature and sound pollution. Our uniqueness of this project is IOT based pollution monitoring system in automobile.

• All the measured data will be displayed in drivers operating panel & think view android application, all the sensors are placed in the particular area to monitor the pollution level.

• The sensed pollution levels are transmitted to the Arduino uno and it transmit the data to the lcd display and esp8266 wifi module. When the pollution crosses the certain limit, it alerts the user through buzzer sound.

CERTIFICATION

• Completed the online certification on Fundamentals of Automotive Systems in NPTEL.

• Published the paper titled “Pollution Monitoring System Using IOT in Automobile” in Internal Research Journal of Modernization in Engineering Technology and Science (IRJETS).

• Participated in National level Two Days Workshop on “MatLab” held at K.S Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode.
