Operate various power driven pumps and equipment to transfer oil, gas, and/or liquids from producing oil and/or gas wells on assigned routes.

Repair and maintain pump valves, treater dump valves, gas regulators, and all types of other production equipment at job sites to ensure they are running properly, efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all established regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance rules.

Perform basic to intermediate level pumping operations, including: tank gauging, and the proper operation of heater/treaters, 3-phase separators, attendant valve and oil seals, and seal records.

Assist in witnessing meter calibrations, monitor rates, and pressures on injection and disposal wells; make necessary adjustments, monitor chemical use, and test safety systems daily.

Report daily production accomplishments.

Identify ways to reduce direct lease operating expenses by noting problems, recommending courses of action, and conceptualizing ways to make the process more cost-effective.

Operate wells and artificial lift methods to optimize production.
