RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

and as Reading and implementation of engineering Drawing such as P&ID,,

Termination Detail, Cable Schedule, Plant Layout, Logic Diagram etc.

Installation of instrument, loop checking pre-commissioning, commissioning & troubleshooting in instrument control panel.

Calibration and Maintenance of all type of field measurement and control devices like PT, FT, TT, LT

Fabrication, Erection and Installation of Tray work, Conduit work, junction Box, Control Room Panel any type of supporting fabrication per requirement.

Supervision of cable Tray, Installation, cable laying( under ground cabling & above ground cabling) Cable Meggering, Continuity checking, Junction Boxes and control room.

Preparing and punch list for various items and preparing the commissioning documents.

Hydro testing of Impulse line and Inspection of the Instrument along with the clients.

Responsible for receiving the RFI (Request for Inspection) raised by construction Engineer /Supervisor after completion of job, checking the attached Drawing with RFI required during Inspection for reference.

Also aware of Safety rules and regulations, Participating weekly safety Auditing and reporting, participated weekly safety meetings and familiar with all relevant safety induction like 100% Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry and Plant Mechanical Pre-commissioning safety etc.

Supervise and ensure Installation in compliance with clients standards.

To lead a team of including Foreman, Fitter, Technician, Electrician, Welder/fabricator, Helper to get the Instrument construction activities.

Keep work area and equipment clean and in ready condition.

CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Good knowledge in construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, start-up, final punch list clearance.

Co-ordinate with commissioning engineer and supervisor regarding construction and commission issues, pinch points etc.

Experience with calibration and functional checks of all types of smart instrument (HART )Sensors and final control elements.

Assist & Witness during Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Function Testing (FT) with QA&QC.

Instrument function test, ESD logic function test, fire and gas system function test.

Loop checking of field Instruments for PT,FT,LT,TT,, vibration and speed, etc…

Review Loop Folder Preparations and ensure use/availability of latest documentation for conducting loop and function tests.

Participates in the start-Up activities of the equipment mentioned above during ready for Start-up (RFSU)

Performance Tests or any other activities up to issuance of Provisional acceptance certificate.

Daily construction activities such as Installation of field Instruments as per P &ID

Tray work, Fabrication of stands and supports

Panel wiring, cable glanding, cable termination, loop checking,

Meggering of instrument cables, continuity test of cables, inter panel wiring, junction box wiring,
