I began the above job as a temporary employee 1/31/14 under the RockTenn Company name. They then merged with Mead Westvaco 7/1/15, so the name changed to WestRock at that time.
Duties included: Order entry, customer interaction both over the phone and in person, handled quality issues, maintained switchboard duties, served at times as Administrative Assistant to Management Team and sales representatives. Handled price increase/decreases as needed as the economy dictated via Word and Excel. Served on Safety Team, as well as on the Quality Team, maintained spread sheets, handled several warehouse accounts maintaining min/max levels. Other normal Customer Service duties, along with constant interaction with the sales representatives that handled some of the accounts I handled.

Duties include: Served as Customer Service Representative to staff/faculty and administration relative to the telephone system (Cisco) throughout the College. Handled all monthly invoicing for phone services to/from different departments within the College. Implemented the purchase and invoicing of Verizon Smart Phones for the College’s International Students. Handled incoming as well as outgoing mail within the Information Technology Department, and handled purchasing of products/services for the Department. Duties also include maintaining and distribution of Campus Directory, making any updates that took place throughout the year, working closely with Human Resource Department for all changes. Worked together with the CIO in planning and maintaining budgets for current fiscal years. Maintained spread sheets for servers and contract renewal information with minimal supervision. Am efficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel as well as Firefox.

Clio Group: Member from 1996 to 2013. Served as Vice President and planned programs for a two-year period. Served as President for 2010-2012.
Williamsport Area Management Association: Member from 1985 to 2013. Served as President (two terms), after going through the chairs from Third Vice President to Second Vice President to First Vice President, and then President. Had also served as Secretary as well as Treasurer for several years.
American Business Women’s Association: Member since 1977. Had been member of three different Chapters in Williamsport area. Lastly a member of Williamsport Chapter, and served in numerous capacities, including President of all three chapters. Also served as Secretary, but had also served as Vice President and Treasurer of the different chapters. Had also served on numerous committees. Also planned programs and wrote publicity articles for weekly newspaper, as well as Chapter monthly newsletter.
