Description of

Project

OLNG Company assigned F&M Middle East the Consultancy for the Refurbishment of existing Building Facilities and the Construction of new buildings within its Plant located in Sur, Oman. The primary objective is to provide a holistic engineering solution to the construction of n.2 new buildings and the refurbishment of n.4 existing buildings to match with the design intent of “Demolition as minimum”. All services shall be integrated with the existing facilities. The conducted data collection was based on several site visits to study the site conditions of the buildings to be refurbished for all disciplines such as MEP and understand the client’s intent for the interior design works of these buildings. The site visit was held also to study the benchmark “New Administration Building”, which is referred for the Refurbishment and New construction works, aiming the standardization of the look and feel and the MEP provisions.

Overall Services Project Management, Concept Design to Tender Documentation, Procurement Executed Management, Disciplines include Architecture, Interior Design, Structure, MEP, and all sub disciplines such as HVAC, AV, signage/wayfinding… etc.
