Receive & process incoming as well as outgoing US postal mail, UPS deliveries, and all other deliveries from vendors

Report building maintenance service orders

Review and revise work schedules, spreadsheets, and provide information regarding escrow accounts as requested

Provide excellent customer service to walk in customers, over the phone customers, and via email

Explain the online history form to all patients and enter patient’s demographic and insurance information into software program

Confirm all patients’ appointments, for the following day

Pull charts for all former patients scheduled for the following day.

Confirm that all contact lenses have arrived for Recheck\Pick-Up Appointments.

Obtain a copy of patient’s insurance ID card when applicable and ensure that patients are aware of all promotions and offers.

Immediately notify Manager\Assistant Manager of any “walking Rx’s” and/or appointments.

Prepare invoices and packing slips to be submitted to Home Office.

Close & balance POS software program at day end, completing daily deposit, ensuring that accounts are properly balanced.

Fax daily sales summary report to Home Office on a daily deposit form prior to 12:00 p.m.

Maintain cleanliness and organized appearance of front desk

Schedule and attend all office meetings.
