Major Duties

Liaising with potential customers, preparing quotations, invoicing

Credit and debts control, checking in, checking out of the guests, and bookkeeping.

Reconcile accounts.

Supervision of all reservations shifts and liaising with the F&B and housekeeping on coming events or business.
