A graduate and registered mechanical engineer, working in a quantity surveyor firm for 7 years. My work experiences in other firms are building superintendent for 1 year and 9 months, mechanical design engineer for 1 year and 9 months, construction project engineer for 1 year and 7 months as and site engineer for 1 year.

Responsible for the preparation of bid proposals and estimation works, tender documents, bill of quantities, cost plan, and close-out reports.

Manage procurement process and tender evaluation and reports.

Protect the company’s right from claims such as extension of time, liquidated damages, and other probable claims based on a signed contract it may be in the form of FIDIC, re-measurable, lump sum, supply contract agreement, and other client contract formats.

Tracks changes to the design and construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.

Prepares statement of final account and negotiate with the contractor.

Develop standards of contracts, including presentation of the budget, payment terms, general language, and provisions.
