Performed the market survey for site P&M items and call for quotations, Making comparative statements and technical analysis/cost analysis for site P&M works and recommendations to management.

Preparation of P&M estimate cost estimate -site wise -covering spares. labor, staff and external repairs cost

Responsible to give trust and direction for planning, monitoring and control of equipment deployment, operation, maintenance and repairs

Responsible to achieve the Quality objectives in P&M dept without any major comments from the clients
