The magnetic, electrical, mechanical properties of the bulk and films have been investigated and these properties have been related to their microstructure properties.
Microwave properties of bulk materials have been investigated by ESR and FMR methods.
Microelectronics components have been designed and positive/negative masks have been fabricated.
Thin films superconductors have been patterned by photolithography techniques with dried and wet etching.
Failure analysis and redesign and of Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) has been performed.
RF, magnetic and transport properties of components have been investigated.
Co-author of over twenty papers in magnetism, materials processing and device fabrication
Two patents awarded in magnetism and thin film processing and additional two patents are pending
Submitted several proposals for funding.

Familiar with both ion beam and chemical etching method
