Maintain all parts inventory with new hire. Training maintenance and parts personnel. Schedule personnel, keep up with all regulations, Vendors, City of Modesto, Waste Water, etc.

Crystal Creamery (Foster Farms), Maintenance Manager Feb 2009 – Nov 2016

Maintaining all 4 plants. The Fluid Plant, Powder Plant, Ice Cream Plant and Cheese Plant.

Controlling 3 million dollar budget with 42 maintenance people.

Supervise the Maintenance team to ensure all equipment is in perfect working order.
