● Collaborating with multiple global teams on migrating a trade booking and processing platform for a core product from Java to Python

o Utilizing the internal Python software development framework named Athena for achieving the firm’s modernization goals

o Implementing an optimized version of the trading product with focus on making it compatible with the supporting platforms already in place in Athena

o Extensive exposure to peer code due to Athena’s strict Software Development Lifecycle policy entailing constant and thorough code reviews

o Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of code owned by me and sufficient test coverage o On support for issues on tools currently used in production, undertaking bug fixes and code improvements
