Responsibilities:

Prepare Production forecast based on no of plants in the system. Update the same to line manager.

Check quality parameters such as light, water, pest and growth of plants.

Report issues if any to line manager in respects to bad quality of plants.

Manage harvesting of produce based on harvesting target.

Check quality of harvested produce and separate good crops and discard bad ones.

Insure packing team gets adequate supplies ti maintain daily sales.

Managing of the sales packing schedules.

Maintain documents of harvest Record & plants quality Record and report it to line manager.
