Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares and submit complete Kitchen Equipment layout & Custom Fabrication drawings for consultant approval and for construction use accordingly.

2) 2014 feb. to 2018 May

Working with P & T Architect Consultancy,, Dubai as an Senior Architectural Draughts man

Duties and responsibilities:

Preparing & submitting drawings for Client and Project Management a) Schematic design drawings

b) Design Development drawings

c) Construction drawings

d) Tender drawings

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares and submit complete Setting-out, architectural working drawings for consultant approval and for construction use accordingly.

• Prepares the complete approved designs, and specification in setting forth in detail the work required for Architectural/Retail Design.

• Responsible in providing full details in preparing shop drawing for fabrications

• Coordinates with relevant contractor for coordination purpose.

• Support design team with creativity input for concept design.

• Completing concept space layout plans.

• Prepares the complete construction drawings based on the approved designs, and specification in setting forth in detail the work required for Architectural / Retail Concept/ Interior Fit-out. etc

• Acts as representative of main contractor for Architectural site inspection along with Consultant’s inspector.

• Assist the sub-contractor request for information (RFI) from site queries.

• Coordinate Structural & MEP drawings in relation to Architectural Drawings

• Ensure the proper implementation of the design quality to the executed Architectural and Interior site works.

• Perform site inspections and reviews of Architectural and Interior site mock-ups.
