TRAINING:

I trained in CITD for 6 months in a Master Certificate Course in Computer Aided Tool Engineering (MCTE) in CAD/CAM department. MCTE course helps in achieving productivity in design engineering and manufacturing. In this course we learned Design software’s like AUTOCAD, CATIA, CREO, SOLID WORKS, NX CAD and Analysis software’s like HYPERMESH, ANSYS and Manufacturing software’s like NX CAM, CNC Programming. And also, Theoretical knowledge about Injection Moulding and Press Tools. PROJECTS:

1.PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF DOUBLE PIPE AND TRIPLE PIPE HEAT EXCHANGERS –A NUMERICAL STUDY

● The numerical analysis of triple pipe and double pipe heat exchanger is carried out using a commercially available FEM solver Açu Solve (CFD Software). 2. DESIGN OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOULD FOR GARBAGE BIN CLIP

● The 2D & 3D CAD model of plastic garbage bin clip is done in CREO parametric software and makes the flow analysis for the model. 3. 6U BACK COVER DESIGN

Sheet metal design of 6U sub rack back cover in Solid Works 4. BLANKING TOOL DESIGN

Design and assembly of the blanking tool parts in Solid Works and AutoCAD IN PLANT TRAINING:

I have done my In-Plant training at BHEL in the Non-Destructive Testing Department in Visakhapatnam.
