Prepare schedule manpower, and quantity progress and performance reports.

Installation of major equipment’s such as chillers, AHU `s, FCU`s, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, High pressure separators, Heat exchanger and compressors.

Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off documents, Project execution program after thorough discussion with management, site selection, assignment evaluation in terms of outlays & profits attached.

Heat load calculations, Static pressure calculations and Equipment selection.

Supervision of site activities with close monitoring the jobs to ensure the work in compliance with drawing, specs & consistent quality.

Interfacing with Construction manager & engineers to resolve material, access, design, drawing related issues to plan work & expedite progress on site.

Interfacing continuously with quality engineer, consultant’s inspector for approval of installed services & witnessing of testing & commissioning of various HVAC systems.

Monitoring output of operatives, motivating, guiding on site to achieve required progress with acceptable quality norms.

Interfacing with commissioning agencies & specialist, supplier, subcontractors for installation & commissioning of services/system.

Preparing valuation of Progress works & raising variation claims, progress payments & Invoices.

Work in accordance to the latest approved documents and implement ITP (Inspection Test Plan) requirements and PQP (Project Quality Plan).

Preparation of closeout documents such as as built drawings, O&M manuals and training to end users.
