As a department manager I was responsible for the development of my sales staff, keeping them motivated, increasing sales, and always making sure our customer service was second to none. 2000 to 2021, 2001 Oak St Bakersfield, CA

As a nance manager my job was to help our customers through the nal step of purchasing a vehicle. I started by preparing all the nal documents including contracts and DMV documents. Once the paperwork was prepared I would meet with the customer(s), go over the paperwork and have them sign it, and offer them our optional products such as extended service policies, maintenance programs, and many other programs. It was also my responsibility to make sure we were increasing the sales of these products not only by selling them myself but supporting the sales staff and keeping them motivated to sell as well. Once a sale was complete it was my job to get the deals scanned, sent to the bank, and collect anything the banks may have needed from the customer all while protecting the dealership and making sure we stayed compliant with the laws.
