Duties:
•Organize the stockroom or warehouse, and ensure accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
•Ensure that products are safely packaged.
•Receiving calls and complaints from tenants and informing to the concerned departments and handling complaints in a diplomatic manner.
•Managing Reports, police inspections, Civil Defense record, Fire warden list, vendors, as well as forwarding to concerns department.
•Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
•Preparation of relevant reports and documents for senior managers.
