Responsibilities

Ensures volume of product dispensed into the truck is per the dully approved DHL diesel issue voucher

Update truck status and fuel consumption after every trip covered

Extract and analyze fuel data using DHL/TOTAL data and give report to the manager

Ensures no stock out so that to prevent stoppage of operation at the customers site

Ensures that all the relevant truck and loading documents are valid and located in the truck

Collect fuel invoices from the trucks and forward them to the supervisors

Carry out end month stock take of the product (diesel) and the reports forwarded to departmental head for billing purposes.

B. NAIROBI FRONT OFFICE TOTAL JOINT DEPOT

CLERICAL OFFICER - February 2014 – October 2016

Responsibilities

Dispatching of trucks after they have already loaded and ensures all the necessary parameters, invoices are with the drivers

Sealing of trucks after loading.

Ensures delivery invoices are in good condition and they are dully signed and stamped by the respective customer.

Follow up on dispatch and delivery of the products to ensure that physical deliveries of the product are made on time and customers needs are met at all times

Ensure customer complaints are attended amicably and as soon as possible

Preparing daily reports on fuel consumption and its data entry in Total soft records

C .TOTAL JOINT DEPOT

SAFE TO LOAD INSPECTOR –November 2012 – February 2014

Responsibilities

Ensure that safety procedures are followed within the depot.

Manage the near misses and incident/accident reports to ensure that the register is up to date.

Ensure timely clock-in of contracted trucks for timely inspection at the respective depot.

Compile vehicle clock-in schedules and advise depot manager on vehicle availability.

To carry out the actual Safe To Load inspection with the drivers for all vehicles (incl. exports) and fills the STL checklist per every vehicle inspected

Prepare STL defects reports for respective depot and forward to depot manager for action for all the trucks that do not meet the set safety standard.

Ensure that all defects detected previously on trucks are corrected before next loading ensuring that no truck loads without meeting all the safety requirements.

Compile the STL checklists daily after inspection and forwards to the respective depot manager for action.

Prepare and input data and generate a critical defects report (as per checklist) and forwards the report to the depot manager and a copy to the Fleet Technical Supervisor for action.

Compile the all STL defects reports and forwards to the Fleet Programmer Coordinator for the preparation of the STL statistics.

(2). Gulf Energy Limited

A. KENGEN – AGGREKO GENERATING SITE EMBAKASI

CONSIGNMENT SUPERVISOR January 2009- November 2012

Responsibilities

Quality checking of kerosene brought by trucks from Nairobi depot to the client plant(kengen)by confirming that the density, temperature and dip sticks values are within the recommended range

Offloading of the product (kerosene/diesel)from the trucks into the storage supplying tanks

Daily and end month stock taking (dipping of tanks)

Ensures housekeeping is done before and after daily operations

Hourly fuel –consumption meter-reading taking and its data entry in Gulf energy soft records after every 24 hrs

Daily fuel-consumption reconciliation with Kengen for billing purposes

Prep airing of end month reports that is bulk movement reports, consumption reports and truck receipts report, that are finally send to departmental heads

Ensures no stock out during our daily operations
