Being an assistant manager means I have multiple duties. I have to keep inventory, make sure the store is in order. I also have to manage my employees when my manager is not available, which includes 6 personnel. I am regularly in charge of the cash drop, and handling money. In addition to these duties, I have to handle customer complaints on a regular basis, and have 6 years of working with customers on a one to one basis.
