Assist the cargo agent in handling day to day office and warehouse operational task such as build-up, breakdown and related works.

Accountable to assist in retrieving or storing cargo in the warehouse area paying special attention to items that requires special handling (DG / VAL /PER /COU / AVI / MAIL/HUM etc.), based on operational procedures, safety and security.

Report any damages or missing items.

Ensure flight is checked within standard, Ensure manifest accuracy for export flights.

Assist the cargo agent in handling and coordinating all customer issues to be sorted out. Interact with internal and external clients effectively as required.

Ensure that house-keeping of the warehouse is maintained to a high standard

Cargo Documentation in cargo manifesting office in export depts.

Monitor build-up and breakdown of airlines ULD and ensure baggage, cargo, and mail are processed in accordance with Load Planning.

Manifest the shipment as a book flight as per fright booking list.

Update master airway bill and house airway bill.

Finalize on time documentation and air manifest for the same flight to fly.

Operate photocopy machine, Telex, fax, co-ordinate on radio.

Answer the office call from another destination and another department.

Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed and that the work environment is safe and secured.
