• Load and unload bundles form trucks, and move containers to storages bins, using moving equipment.

• Move levers, depress foot pedals, and turn dials to operator cranes, cherry pickers, electromagnets, or other moving equipment for lifting, moving, and placing loads

• Review daily works and delivery schedules to determine orders, sequences of delivers, and special loading instruction.

• Weight bundles, using floor scales, and record weights for company records

• Clean, lubricate, and maintain mechanisms such as cable. Pulleys, and grappling devices, making repairs, as necessary.

• Direct truck drivers backing vehicles into loading bays, and cover, uncover, and secure loads for delivery.

• Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms and lifting accessories to prevent malfunction and damages

• Inspect bundle packaging for conformance to regulation and customer requirements, and remove and batch packaging tickets

• Inspect cables and grappling devices for wear, and install or replace cable as needed

• Determine load weight and check them against lifting capacities to prevent overload

• Direct helper engaged in placing blocking and outrigging under cranes

• Coordinating with Storekeepers, Riggers & Concern engineers relating to material

• Following the safety rules as per company standards

• Attending weekly safety meeting

• Ability to work with a team, take direction form supervision, work effectively and cooperatively with other people
