RESPONSIBILITY

• Planning and Execution of fabrication and erection of Aluminum, SS and CS Piping.

• Review the construction drawing like P&ID, piping isometric, details structure drawing

and GA drawings

• Preparation of approved drawing list.

• Sorting of material as per BOM before starting the job.

• Contact with designer if any issue in drawing and resolve issue.

• Preparation of as built document.

• Calculation of bill of material.

• To Make the arrangement of necessary tools and tackles for safe erection.

• To check the pipeline as per isometric and list out the punch point.

• Preparation of pressure test loops and conduct and coordinate the hydro

• Planning of manpower and tools tackles as per job requirement.

• Making of job sequence as per job priority.

• Follow the project schedule and sequence job as per plan.

• Familiar with piping specification.

• Prepare the JSA and Risk Assessment of different types of work.

• Issue the PTW for different types of work.

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting with workers before starting the job.

• Identify the hazardous work and make safety precaution for that work.

• Making the incident reporting.
