Hirmi Cement Works M/S UltraTech Cement Limited, Raipur, Chhattisgarh From 21st Feb.2020 to till Date (1 Year 04 Months & Continue) Title: - Joined as deputy manager (Section head) and to plan and carry out Drilling & Blasting operations as per the mine development & production plan to fulfill Limestone dispatch requirement from mine complying all statutory requirement and safety. & Capex, Budgeting and Costing and MIS preparation from SAP application. Additional role assigned for brown field project from mines for plant expansion.

Significant Contribution: -

Mines Budget preparation and updation in TM-01 software.

Monthly performance review meeting to be prepare and present mines performance monthly basis, meeting chaired by COO and in presence of Unit Head.

Cost Optimization by weekly tracker and achieve 65.3 Rs/MT against budgeted 70.27 Rs/MT.

Additional responsibility provided for Plant expansion project (brown field) incharge from mines for new crusher chamber foundation project and related job applications. Successful negotiation for equipment selection and mobilization of contractual fleet.

Achieve ever highest powder factor 8.14 Ton/Kg against previous best of 5.75 Ton/Kg.

Significant Contribution: -

Responsible for drilling and blasting operation to cater daily requirement of 18 K tons of limestone to cement plant with 3 drill machine and very complex deposit.

MIS Preparation for mines equipment performance.

Fragalyst 2.0 Blast fragmentation analysis with CMIFR scientist.

Liaison with PESO office for magazine related queries.

Submission of PESO returns and generation of explosive Pass indent of explosives on daily basis. 4. Ambuja Cement Works M/S Ambuja Cement Limited, Ambujanagar, Gujarat From 08th March 2008 to May 2012 (04 years and 02 Months) Title: - Joined as Engineer Mines and worked in 3 different mines of Ambuja cement limited in Gujarat responsible for shift operation.

Achieve ever highest shift production.

Manage 5 different mines material in main mines, where crusher was installed and diversion of that material in two plant for making of limestone piles with continuous co-ordination with quality department.

5. Sirohi Khori Mines M/S Faridabad Gurgaon Minerals, Sohna, Faridabad NCR From Sep’ 2006 to 28th Feb. 2008 (1 year and 5 Months) Title: - Selected from college campus and designated as Graduate trainee engineer in quartzite masonry stone mines.
